• If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative, schedule adjustment, or a refund option.
• Payment links are sent after your confirmation. Complete payment within 24 hours to keep the order active.

4. Pricing and payments

• Prices may change due to availability or supplier updates; we will share the confirmed amount before payment.
• Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery (where applicable), bank transfer, and GCash.
• All payments should follow the instructions in the payment link or coordination message.

5. Delivery

• Primary delivery: Gainza City. Nearby areas are schedule-based and subject to confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on stock, location, and agreed schedule.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed address and time.

6. Cancellations

• Orders without payment after 24 hours of sending the payment link may be cancelled automatically.
• If you need to cancel, contact us promptly. If dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
